By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Kamive, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.
Your use of Kamive also confirms that you have read and understood this Agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, and purchase terms that apply to your use of the service.
Kamive is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app and all related features, outputs, summaries, reminders, review tools, and generated content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, fit for a particular purpose, or free from delays, omissions, or harmful components. We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Kamive, including its name, design, interface, software, text, graphics, features, organization of content, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by or licensed to the operator of Kamive and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted in this Agreement, no ownership or other rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or exploit any part of the app except as expressly permitted by law or by this Agreement.
Kamive may offer consumable virtual currency in the form of coins through Apple In-App Purchases. Coins may be used within the app for eligible features, including refresh actions for monthly review or repeat-purchase summary functions after any available free uses have been exhausted.
Coins are licensed, not sold, and have no cash value, no stored value, and no value outside Kamive. Coins are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and may not be exchanged for money or for any other property or right. Except where required by applicable law or Apple policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Certain app features remain available without payment, including manual record creation, cooldown setup, history browsing, and updating outcome status. Coin consumption rules, including randomized coin costs for certain refresh actions, may be described in the app and may change over time as permitted by law.
We may revise or update this Agreement from time to time. Updated terms may be posted within the app or otherwise made available to users, and the revised version may become effective upon posting or on the date stated in the updated document.
Your continued use of Kamive after the effective date of any updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using the app.
Kamive is intended only for individuals who are at least 17 years old and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
If you are using the app on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.
You are responsible for the information, screenshots, photos, text, notes, tags, prices, product descriptions, and other content you submit or store in Kamive. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the app does not violate any law, third-party right, or platform rule.
You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions, your interpretation of generated summaries, and your management of local records, reminders, and exports. You should review entries for accuracy and make any needed corrections before relying on them.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Kamive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use only.
This license allows you to use Kamive as a personal decision-review and impulse-purchase logging tool. No right is granted to resell, lease, distribute, host, or make the app available to third parties.
You may not use Kamive for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. Without limitation, you may not: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where expressly permitted by law; interfere with the app's operation or security; use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or similar tools to access or manipulate the service; upload malicious code or harmful content; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or attempt to bypass payment, usage, or feature restrictions.
You also may not use Kamive to store or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable, or content that you do not have the right to upload or process.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator of Kamive and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to: your use or misuse of the app; your breach of this Agreement; your violation of any law or third-party right; or your content and materials uploaded, stored, exported, or shared through Kamive.
This obligation survives your discontinuation of use of the app and any termination of this Agreement to the extent permitted by law.
Kamive is a consumer utility app designed to help users pause and review potential purchases before deciding whether to buy. The app allows users to record shopping impulses by saving product screenshots, cart images, or photos, together with details such as item name, category, price, shopping platform, reason for wanting the item, intended use, current mood, notes, and lightweight decision tags such as urge level, whether the item is a need or a want, and whether to buy later.
Based on the information provided by the user, Kamive may organize entries into a structured purchase record and generate a decision card for personal review. These records may include fields such as item name, category, price, platform, urge level, trigger, expected usage, existing alternatives, cooldown deadline, decision note, and tags. Users may review and edit these fields manually.
The app may also present supporting tools and summaries, including cooldown decision snapshots, duplicate-item hints, monthly trigger reviews, and outcome summaries showing postponed, abandoned, or completed purchases. Additional features may include a cooling queue grouped by cooldown periods such as 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days; reconsideration checklists; logs of abandoned purchases; repeat-buy warnings; and exportable monthly review cards.
Core utility functions may include saving records locally, editing fields, updating outcomes to wait, drop, or bought, setting local reminders, filtering historical entries by platform, category, price range, result state, or emotional tag, deleting individual records, and clearing locally stored records, cached summaries, and thumbnails.
Kamive is intended as a personal reflection and organization tool. It is not an accounting platform, investment tool, credit service, budgeting advisor, psychological treatment service, addiction treatment service, or financial planning product. It does not provide investment advice, lending recommendations, credit scoring, asset management, medical guidance, or mental health diagnosis.
The app may request access to device features only when needed for user-requested actions, such as camera access for taking product photos, photo library access for importing screenshots or photos, and photo library add access for saving exported review cards. In the current version, user screenshots, images, records, cooldown results, and review caches are intended to be stored locally on the device unless otherwise stated. Coin balances may be maintained through local app records together with encrypted Apple In-App Purchase verification data.
Some review refresh functions may be available for free a limited number of times for new users. After free uses are exhausted, additional refreshes may require coins purchased through Apple In-App Purchases. Basic recordkeeping and review of saved entries remain available without payment.
You retain ownership of the screenshots, photos, notes, tags, and other content you upload or enter into Kamive. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
However, by using the app, you grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, format, organize, display, and store your content as necessary to operate the app's features for you, including generating structured records, review cards, reminders, and exports. This license exists only for the purpose of providing and improving the app's functionality as used by you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Kamive may generate automated outputs such as structured purchase records, cooldown summaries, duplicate-item suggestions, monthly trigger reviews, and purchase outcome summaries. These results are created through automated processing of information you provide and may be incomplete, estimated, inconsistent, or inaccurate.
All generated results are provided for informational and personal reflection purposes only. They are not guarantees, professional recommendations, financial advice, medical advice, therapeutic guidance, or factual determinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing results, correcting entries, and deciding whether to rely on them.
Kamive is offered on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability of any feature, including reminders, exports, local caches, purchase verification, review refreshes, or generated summaries.
We may, at any time and without liability to you, modify, limit, suspend, discontinue, or remove features or portions of the service, whether temporarily or permanently, including for maintenance, updates, legal compliance, platform requirements, or technical reasons.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Kamive at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement, created risk or liability, misused the service, or where suspension is otherwise necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.
You may stop using Kamive at any time. If you choose to discontinue use, you may also remove the app and clear local data through available device or in-app functions, subject to any purchase records maintained by Apple.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Kamive and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or savings, arising out of or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the app.
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Kamive shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the app feature giving rise to the claim during the relevant period.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction that properly applies to the operator and the provision of the service, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy relating to this Agreement or your use of Kamive shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law and in the appropriate forum, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal rights in your place of residence.
